As the first family-owned Mediterranean restaurant in Salt Lake City, for over 32 years, we have always had an unwavering desire to introduce our best recipes. From our melting pot of Lebanese, Moroccan ,Armenian and even Greek cuisine, our certified dietician and head chef of over 30 years promises the healthiest ingredients and most exotic flavors made from scratch.

With recipes that date back to their childhoods in Lebanon, owners Raffi and Marlen understand the value of tradition and the attention to detail required to allow each dish to arouse that sense of nostalgia.


Hospitality has always been a staple of Mediterranean cultures which is why you are always welcomed by our friendly and knowledgeable staff. Oftentimes, Marlen and Raffi, as well as their kids, can be found greeting guests, answering questions or even sharing in the occasional cup of Arabic coffee.
